The staff provided superb customer service. Baidac greeted me, and his professionalism.). I was able to check in early at 10 AM, convenient. i found this location clean and quiet. It is very close to the city center.
The gym had limited equipment. It would benefit from additional machines.

empty dispenserunstocked pods
the room felt cramped (i booked a standard double). toiletries weren't complimentary, and the shower gel dispenser was empty throughout my entire stay, even after the room received cleaning service twice. the coffee pods also weren't replenished, i had to go down to the reception to get some.

the receptionists were helpful and spoke english. the rooms were clean, neatly organized and had a handy fridge (i used it for my own snacks). i found the gym useful, i just remembered to turn on the air conditioning. the fruity water in reception was refreshing after a long day.
the shower water pressure could have been better, it was a little weak for my preference.

I found the location very convenient with easy access to restaurants and local attractions. The room was modern and quiet. All staff members were friendly and helpful with any requests I had. The hotel offers great security features adding to the comfort of my visit.
The tea and coffee facilities in the room only included flimsy plastic cups. I would have preferred regular cups.
